Global Leaders Hub provides coaching, digital products (such as career playbooks and interview guides), and related content. Coaching sessions are typically booked through our third-party scheduling provider, Topmate. Digital products are delivered as described at the time of purchase.
No Guarantee of Results
Coaching and career guidance can meaningfully improve your odds, but we do not and cannot guarantee specific outcomes — including job offers, promotions, salary increases, or interview results. Your results depend on factors outside our control, including your own effort, market conditions, and the decisions of third parties such as employers.
Payments & Pricing
Prices for coaching sessions and digital products are as listed at the time of purchase. Payment is due in full unless otherwise agreed in writing. We reserve the right to change pricing for future purchases at any time.
Refund Policy
Refund eligibility depends on the specific product or service purchased:
- 1Coaching sessions — sessions cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice may be rebooked at no charge. Sessions cancelled with less notice, or missed without notice, are not eligible for a refund.
- 2Digital products (playbooks, guides, courses) — due to their instantly accessible nature, digital products are generally non-refundable once delivered, except where required by law.
- 3Any exceptions are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us at hello@globalleadershub.com if something has gone wrong.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including articles, frameworks, digital products, and the Clarity Before Strategy™ methodology — is owned by Global Leaders Hub / Sandeep Anand and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
